Most examples, discussions and case study assessments focus on construction, but you can apply your learning to your own trade or business, such as plumbing. For assessments, you can use your own business or the provided construction case study.
You’ll learn about business planning, pricing, budgeting, cashflow, construction contracts, compliance, project coordination, staff management, client relationships and business growth.
The programme offers flexible learning designed to fit around work and industry commitments.
You’ll graduate with the New Zealand Certificate in Business (Small Business) (Level 4).
